組織のClaudeの会話を、クラウドに移った作業ごと1件のまま書き出せるようになりました。
10月8日、Compliance APIのチャット取得が統合Claude体験の会話も返すと、公式のリリースノートに載りました。
Claude Enterprise向けのベータで、今あるアクセスキーのまま使えます。
クラウドでClaudeがやった作業も、同じ会話の中身として残ります。
今日、会話の書き出しを、公式が推奨する更新順の取り方に切り替えてください。

October 8, 2026: The Compliance API chat endpoints now also return chats from the unified Claude experience, in beta for Claude Enterprise organizations, with your existing Compliance Access Key. / Chats in the unified Claude experience are returned by these endpoints like any other chat: a chat that continues in a session in the cloud comes back as one chat. The work Claude does there appears in each message's content as tool_use blocks and tool_result blocks. / The chat list endpoint defaults to organization-wide scope: leave off user_ids[] to include every chat under your parent organization. Add order_by=updated_at to sort by last update time. This combination is the recommended way to export chats and keep an export current.— platform.claude.com
